Metz 48 AF1 and K-30

Hi folks
I cannot get my flash to work in hss on the k-30 it works ok on my K-r
any idea's.It works up to the sync speed 180th and then nothing after that
saying that at 160th shots are over exposed and beyond that just black and that is in P TTL hss mode on the flash and manual or tv on the camera
any idea's,suggestions,comments

Have you checked the Metz site for new firmware? seen someone with the same problem a while back in a discussion in another place, they contacted Metz , and they replied back saying were working on a new firmware update for the K30......this was a couple months ago so it might be up now.

Checked the site and no update but had a look around and could be an update for the af 50 in the pipe line so will email metz and see what happens
