ME SUPER Mirror and view finder cleaning

Does anyone know easy way of cleaning Pentax ME Super Mirror and view finder screen...... in my camera I can see few dust particles and hair sort of thing on view finder screen, i wonder if i can clean that off.

The best thing tp clean the back of the viewfinder where you look through is a cotton bud. I wouldn't try to clean the mirror. Any dust on it will not affect the photos and it is easy to damage it or put it out of alignment and then you won't be able to focus properly. If there is just loose dust or a hair, you could try blowing them away with an air gun such as Kenro make for optical gear.
