manual focus with 645 lenses

I think you will find that the focussing rings on the the FA lenses are much lighter and smaller, therefore not as nice, as the F ones. Is there any evidence to suggest they are optically superior?

If you need some 645 lenses i've just sold my 645 plus 55mm 75mm 75mm leaf shutter & 200mm lenses to SRS. Plus a 645/35 converter. Try them. CHEERS Vic.

I have in mind to buy some more used 645 lenses for my old 645 body to bring it back to life.
There are A and FA lenses on the used market. I only know the A lenses.
Would you recommend to buy the newer FA lenses (better quality, maybe sharper?) or is it still better to use the older A lenses for manual focusing?
