So that is what that switch is for. I'd forgotten about that one.
I got the camera last year and haven't touched it until about a month ago and I must have left the manual in the hospital along with my brain.
Thanks yet again folks.
I promise that I will improve.
Regards,
Rex.

There are an awful lot of switches and knobs on these modern cameras. Without constant use it's easy to forget exactly what some of them do.
In a similar way, after 35 years of using Nikons every day for my work, I still wrongly align the Pentax lenses each and every ****** time I go to mount them!

Since when Scott? Never heard that before and I have just tried my DA"300 and either switch disables AF.

I still remember how complicated the first affordable slr's seemed to be and I could only afford one because I was living in the far east.
Do you have special times for mounting them?
Lemmy, I just visited your theatre, it's great and my kind of humour.
Regards,
Rex.

Is this legal? I still wrongly align the Pentax lenses each and every ****** time I go to mount them!
