Yes it comes complete, the only reason it's for sale is i bought a giottos tripod and head a while back and i'm looking to get a seond giottos head and plate, as its a pain changing heads and plates between a tripod and monopod and plate from camera to lens
Nobody is perfect, but being Scottish is a start
