Manfrotto ball head

Hi i have a manfrotto 486RC2 ball head that i dont use anymore as i bought a giottos tripod and head a while back, as the mounting plate is differnt i was wondering if anyone would like to swap a giottos ball head or pan and tlt head of similar size with a removable mounting plate, as its a pain changing heads between a tripod and monopod, and mounting plate from camera to lens.
