Some early morning shots taken from Rushop Edge a couple of sundays ago. I parked underneath Mam Tor in the dark and within 10 minutes three other (non Pentax, unfortunately) landscape photographers had also rolled up. They headed up Mam Tor so I decided to head in the other direction .

If you look very very closely you might just see their tiny figures on the top of Mam Tor in the first of these...

Jim has a particularly good image of this stunted tree on his website.

Very nice Tim. 1st is my favourite. The main path leads me in, and the other paths encourage me to explore the image

Nice series, walked along that path many times when I lived in Sheffield. Looking at the 3rd one the saturation looks very high though, almost unnnatural .. have you tweaked it or is it just very strong direct sunlight?

A lovely set Tim, I particularly like the warm, golden light in the third image.
