Malton Forest Rally 2011

Headed into the forest yesterday to get some practice on moving targets. Most of these are a little 'static' but the cloudy weather meant changeable light at times - I struggled with that fine line between sharp and blurry so erred on the side of caution.

On closer inspection these two are wielding Pentaxes, anyone on here?

And a cheeky one with the fisheye on the way out...

A good set, including the cheeky one at the end !

The fact you feel these are too static, I don't think is a problem since there is evidence of movement with the gravel / wheels off ground etc

I like 7 and 9 the best but would have been happy to take them all.

Ahh, the old MKI and MKII escorts .. takes me back to my boy racer days.
Had a MKI mexico, MKII RS2000 and MKIII/MKIV RS Turbo ... followed by a XR4

Nice set, hopefully I will get to try some rally photography when it starts in Bournemouth early next year.

I like these

I have to admit to major nostalgia seeing the mkI and mkII escorts

Number one is my favourite with the inside front tyre just off the ground but I also like the effect used in number 9
K10D, K5 plus plenty of clueless enthusiasm.

I like all of these too. Nice shots.
I used to own a 'Mexico' years ago, and a lotus.
