Mallory Park Take Two

Having had no sleep since Friday night due to rallying activities involving a long drive to Somerset, a night in the forests manning time controls and running a clubmates rally car, I was not sure I would be back in time (or in any fit state to meet up with Simon Arron again at Mallory today. In the end I managed the afternoon session and spent another very enjoyable afternoon snapping away at the bikes in the sunshine.

Once home, I had intended to go straight to bed and catch up on the missed sleep, but my mind was still too active , so I had a quick look at some of the pics and uploaded a few.

These were with my DA55-300 which I had decided to give an airing as it was bright and I hadn't used it in a very long time.

Crackin shots, takes me back to Thruxton in the 80s, all the camera guys would be on the chicane, rider got it all wrong and hit the barriers to our left, tyres, bodywork etc going in all directions, we all thought thats it then; 2 minutes later he appeared, helmet in hand, saying, "anybody get that then?"

Very impressive sharpness from the 55-300mm
They are all so good that I can't pick a favourite

Very good, your lack of sleep did not effect your judgement anyway.
C&C welcome.

Mallory take two? I took about 600 (most of them yet to be sorted). Some very nice shots there, Simon, particularly as you claimed to be semi-comatose...

Thanks for the comments, I was glad to get back to work this morning for a rest!

Here are few more with the DA55-300 (manual focus) and one with the DA*200 for comparison.
