Has anybody any experience of making greetings cards?

The sort of things I am looking into are suppliers of blank cards, templates etc.

Staples sell quite a variety of pre-folded greetings cards with envelopes in packs of 20. One I was looking at was 'photo paper' on the front. I'm afraid I cant remember the make but it might have been Decadry. link
