I'm at an impasse. I like the picture but can't resolve why you would cut of her top half and include the plastic bag? We may never know but I like it. Street photography for impressionists maybe?

No the locks on the bridges. They cause vast amounts of damage and cost a fortune to remove.

I think the locks look great and give the place some character. Removing them would akin to councils getting community service inmates to badly paint over nice colourful graffiti with hideous grey paint.

However I really like this cropped version. It gives an air of mystery to the image and the plastic bag with the wine and who knows what else inside also help portray a possible scenario.
It's a pity her left toes are visible as otherwise it also give the impression she was standing in the bag.
