Losing EXIF data

Algi I'll simply save it as a PSD file and then with lightroom transform that to JPG, that should do the trick I hope

Still worth getting ExiftoolGui for other purposes. Seems to read stuff I hadn't noticed on Photome and it can save the Exif data in various formats including text and html. Also does lossless rotations.

Stefan as far as PPG is concerned there is a simple work around: tick the 'scanned image' box and the picture will upload, then edit the data and untick 'scanned image'. Job done.

Ken how simple can it be

I had the idea to upload the JPG files in Lightroom and see what they do... and what do you think it imports them and when you look at the EXIF data the lens information is there and when I save it it's gone... I don't know it any more

Problem is solved, when entering the PPG site the not accepted photos where their waiting for Submission and now I can fill in the data needed

They are submitted, I wonder how many get through the voting

Marshal, thank you for the tip and I've it unchecked.
The "Ignore EXIF profile tag" is how photoshop should handle file when it opens them if you've that checked it will ignore the colour-space that's embedded inside the Metadata when you open a file and I don't want that.
As far as I can tell it has nothing to do how it saves a file.
