Looking for firmware update for K100d

Hi guys

I've tried looking on the Pentax UK website for the firmware update for my k100d so I can update it to use SDHC cards but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Can anyone help with a link to the page or whereever i'll find it.

Just done this "Google K100D firmware update"
Takes you to Pentax web site for K100D near the bottom of page its there Download and away you go..

I've now eventually downloaded the update to my camera
and can now use the 4gb SDHC card I bought yesterday.
