I was having issues with getting a sharp shot of a dipper last weekend so I switched to video with some nice results:

That's quite impressive Neil. The Q seems to have got a difficult exposure (black bird with a white breast) spot on with quite a bit of detail in both.

The Pentax Q-K adapter with a shutter built in will give you sharp stills images, but at a higher price than the camera!!

Hi Dave, I ordered from that site on the 18th Jan. Delivery expected by the 7th Feb. But it turned up on 24th Jan

Latest attempt. Usual with DA*300, no cropping other than lobbed a bit off of the left. Iso 250
