I'm sorry but it doesn't do anything for me at all

I have to say I'm not terribly keen on HDR but the point, I thought, was to enhance the dynamic range. This picture hardly has a dynamic range at all. Were the five images taken in camera or were they created in PS or similar?

sorry doesnt work for me. If I saw this on a postcard or magazine while on a visit to London I would make sure not to go and see it as a point of attraction.

Try straighforward shot of the london eye without HDR please and give me back the visual beauty of that lovely landmark before I cancel my next trip to the south of the river

I don't like the colour TBH - I like the image etc but the colour doesn't do it for me, was there a colour version before you edited the saturation right down ?

There was a colour image however, it was very dull as it was a very dull day. I have deleted the original images now grrr.

I really like HDR but this one looks pretty flat to me.

Even on a dull day it should have gotten more ooomph.

Did you mean that you have deleted the originals? I would never ever delete any originals unless they were of no use to me. So unfortunately you can't amend this even if you wanted to!

It looks to me like it could have been a scene from the end of a remake of the 1960's film Quatermass and the pit, where the Martian devil image floats above London. The lighter area in the cloud at the top left is a bit like the Martian's head in the old film.

It is a shame because, to me, this shot is not highlighting or drawing my eye to the eye (no pun intended), but rather to the building to the right of it. I think this is probably caused by the HDR "glow" around the building. This is also not helped by the left side of the photo appearing black and white, and yet there are colours showing on the building and the flags outside it.

Sorry!
