The K 28/3.5 sounds a great price to me - their prices have peaked and dipped quite a lot over the years, but low or high it is still one of the best 28's Pentax produced (I'll be listing mine soon - for more than that!)

I have kind of made a deal with him for the
f 35-70mm for €50 so his prices are not rigid.
As I have no mid / short zoom, I thought this would fill a gap till I can get something better.

No don't take it down - if someone can get a great lens at this sort of price that's a good thing.

You'll like the 35-70 - it's a very highly rated lens.

Can you ask him if he has a K 20mm f4.0 - that's the one I'd like next

p.s. If you haven't tried a K28/3.5 yourself you might want to try his on your K1 when you get your 35-70 - I suspect the 3 letter word that comes out of your mouth will begin and end with "W"

Hi John. Yep I have had the k 28mm f3.5 a couple of years ago.
Savage lens, but already covered by the 15-30mm and at this stage I can't buy just for the fact that I'd love to have it.
I'll ask him if he has it. No harm in that. 😁

Just asked. And no, he doesn't have one. 😣😣😣
