You wind the film until the arrows line up, be it in mid-stroke or whatever, and then close the back. The mechanism will then sort out the rest.

I have a 6x7 Mk 1 and a mk2 body; the mk1 is a real PIG to load quickly. Terence Donovan once said that is why he employs assistants, to load his 6x7! Makes you wonder how people like Larry Burrows and other war photogs managed to load their Leicas while in a trench being shot at seeing as the Leica loads through the base plate. The new Fuji 'easy load' films are easier for the Pentax as they have a little peg thing which catches in a hole in the backing paper.
Been a member of Pentax Club since the Ron Spillman era! Got COMPUTERISED at last - DIGITISED?

I'm a new owner of a 67II and I'm very pleased with the results. However, I can't seem to correctly load the film. I've been shooting 120, but have NOT been successful in having the arrows line-up when the film is loaded. What am I doing wrong?
Your help is appreciated.
