A few from my outing to Llantwit Beach today. Failing light and needing the loo meant I was there for circa 45 minutes but here are my best images in that time:

3 is really nice. You can almost hear it.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Very nice. No.8 is for me by far the best shot followed by the foreground in No.7

Thank you all. Very kind comments

The sky was white when I was there and I thought all hope was lost for colour images and I'd be shooting mono images but the power of the K5 sensor saw to that it wasn't the case!

Super colour shots in particular, Gareth. A much loved stretch of coast and one which is little known as folks rush along the M4 to the Gower Peninsular.
Best wishes,

Andrew

Excellent low viewpoints, making the most of the wide FOV and you've worked the foregrounds hard there creating plenty of depth. Sky was a let down, sure, but there's plenty else to see ! The mono looks a compromise really here .... There is much better contrast and tonal depth in the colour ones.
