Like it - it's changed a lot since I was growing up there in the 80's.
Generally I like the lighting but would have been nice to have got a bit more light on the Anglican cathedral. Must be difficult to get a time when the lighting is perfect on all the buildings though

Well done Ted for capturing the beginning of the Mersey tidal bore ..... what ? What do you mean the Mersey doesn't have a bore ?!?
Nice job Ted. Panos of this size aren't easy. Which lens did you use ? The full size version looks impressive - so many changes since I worked in the Custom House (just to the right of the Liver Building). The Liverpool Echo has a new home too.
The Mersey is pretty wide at this point (was this shot from Eastham Ferry ?) and maybe a short tele next time (and ensuring each shot is taken without any vertical movement - which may have caused the 'bore') would give you a better FoV ? Just a thought.

Yep, I noticed the bore just after I posted it. A quick correction in CS2 will sort that ( you can see the cathedral is leaning slightly too! ).
It was taken with my 28-80 near to its maximum. I took it from Woodside ferry terminal.
