Lightroom profiles

A recent update to Lightroom I loaded a few months ago introduced profiles for Pentax lenses, which was handy. For some reason these have recently disappeared (Pentax is no longer on the scroll down menu). Can anyone offer an explanation? I haven't touched the programme (other than using it as an editor/organiser), so it's really quite peculiar.

Nope i can't, they should just be there.

Have you done a general "clean-up" of your PC?
Specifically, with one of the programs that get rid of all cookies, and similar things?
I have just had something similar happen to me - it even removed the 'Remember Me' username from my webmail.
Suggestion 1 - rewind Windows back to a day just before your update vanished.
Suggestion 2 - download the update again.

Clean-up should leave the folder where the profiels are unthouched.

It's far easier to download the lightroom again to reinstall it.

I seem to remember some lens profiles aren't available on certain file types. could be wrong on this though, I'll have to check. dont' have LR open right now

I removed and reinstalled LR. Some Pentax profiles have reappeared, but unfortunately only those for 645 lenses. Can anyone offer any illumination on this?

I used to have profiles for DA lenses but somehow they've gone.

Is LR now fully up to date. I think most profiles came in for 3.4. If you have just re-installed 3.0, then that did just have the 645 lenses.

Was just downloading the latest update - should have waited till I had installed this (as the lenses are now there). Thanks Blythman, anyway.

What threw me was the fact that there were 645 profiles - I don't recall there being any Pentax ones when I first loaded LR, but I must have been mistaken.
