Liam,
That's a beautiful shot - I love the tracks in the snow.

Cheers Mike,
that would have been around 7.30 ish, so I was about the fourth person down that particular path.. before the kids wrecked everything..
I left for work about 6.50, but it was a little too dark then, which was a shame, as there were some lovely views through the woods.
I took some later on in the day, and I haven't decided on mono for them or not.. you'll all find out later.
Cheers

lovely shot Liam, looks like you were out earlier than I was.
I love the way fresh snow makes things look, gonna have to take a holiday somewhere where it happens a lot I think, just don't get enough chances to shoot it in this country.

Thanks Mongoose,
I suggest Geilo in Norway. I went skiing there a few years ago, and they have grass for only 3 months a year. They were waiting for the thaw to build a golf course IIRC.
Apart from it being -21 at the top and £5 for a 1/2 litre of lager, it was good though.

Yes, I like it too. One of the better images I've seen of the recent snow fall.
Unfortunately, some of us folks in Inverness, Scotland, ( working here for a day or 3 ), haven't seen the snow yet !!!! ( I specify Scotland, cause there may be an Inverness in Canada, if Don is thawed out , and survived the bears he may educate us
Typical, usually see the snow that often, don't bother to take many pics, now I want snow !!!

I walked to work yesterday as well.. Here's one of the shots I took.
I think it's all those sunsets.. I'm starting to make everything I post contain orange in it somewhere.
