Give them a ring and explain. I'm sure it will all be sorted out ok.
Mind you, it's a bit late now for today the shop is probably closed. Pity you didn't ring, as suggested at 13.35, when they were still open!

You should talk to SRS about it if there's a problem. I'm sure Chris would have sorted it out for you.
Best regards, John

If you ordered it online & then the paypal payment didn't go through, for whatever reason, I wouldn't expect the order to go through.
I am guessing on the SRS backend it showed up as just a cancelled order & there fore no reason to follow it through...
When you called them did you make it clear that there was now a difference in price & asked if you could still buy it at that price???

Sorry I sometimes think the praise for SRSon here goes a little over the top. But only person to blame here is the purchaser,,When you used paypal you would have had a reciept for your payment. When the email arrived to say item was cancelled. A quick call to SRS would have sorted out the gliche, and a new order placed on their system.

Ordered a DA*60-250 when they were on special last week-end. There was an issue with Paypal, so payment did not go through. As it was after hours, I could not phone to sort it out. Anyway, message on SRS website said they will contact me.

Very impressed that Chris got in touch and has offered to look into it when back in the shop.
I accept that maybe I should have enquired further when I called, but I had so many commitments that week and it's only today, I had time to think about that.

I have used SRS and found them to be very good.
If I may suggest a phone call to Chris personally, you may well find all this can be resolved
Kindest regards,
Peter.

Seems to be a problem with the 'buyer' not the seller.
If you do not want problems do not use Paypoo.

Err excepts they did not attempt to " make things right"
When I phoned through, they could have at least asked if I would like to pay for it by another means.
