Have just re-read the various comments to my question, regarding lenses for portrait work, of several weeks ago and have come to the conclusion
a high end telephoto lens may be of more use to me as I currently have the 18-55 kit lens ( K10D ) a 28-80 smc and a 80-210 smc from my SLR days.
I want to do 'Faces' as apposed to portraits / Wildlife and anything that makes a good picture.

Am I right or am I right ??

Pray, how do you perceive the difference?

Thanks for your comment and list of lenses (more than our local camera shop stock)
Portraits, to me, says set piece with enhancements.
A Face, however, can be full of character, life and lifes experience, and
not neccesarily as the owner of the face would wish to be seen.
Alternatively that of a young child absorbed in play.
