Have researched but am still in the dark about this fitting. It is relevant to a Contact/yashica. Is this in any way compatable with Pentax, allbeit with an adapter

I haven't come across a Tele T "fitting", but it was a Zeiss lens design. I wonder if this is what they meant. link

Al. It is on a Zeiss lens. I have E.Mailed the lister but they have ignored my request. It is a Zeiss 300mm lens that I just thought might do until I get the right one. What about the Contact/yashica. Is this in any way compatable to Pentax?

The Contax is a unique bayonet mount, not compatible with the Pentax K mount. Ffordes have some loonger lenses in K mount at the moment.

Thanks, John. I knew I could rely upon your expertise. I could not see any primes on the FForbes at 300mm. Am I missing something

I believe Zoerk do an adapter for the Contact T mount to Mamiya. It would mean that I would have two adapters to work through. Not sure how this would affect focus though.

Being devilish, I am wondering if Zoerk do a C...n to Pentax. I see there are plenty of that make available in 300mm. Maybe even a body to have the extra option.

alas as far as I know Canon lens to Pentax body is a practical impossibility due to differences in register distance and throat size. Pentax lens to Canon body works(ish), but not the other way around.
you don't have to be mad to post here

but it does help
