Can anyone recommend a place where I can have my M-series lens serviced (sticky aperture) ?

If you cast your eye upwards on this page you'll see a mention of Harrow Technical...

Any competent repair house should be able to clean your aperture blades and restore your M lenses to full function.
Best regards, John

I notice you're in Surrey... I had a Sigma 400mm lens repaired by a guy in Shepperton, very reasonable and quick, after Sigma themselves had told they didn't have the parts and wouldn't be able to get them.

www.cam-rep.co.uk is his web site. It's a bit amateurish looking, but I get the impression he knows more about cameras and lenses than he does about flashy marketing, which for what I want is no bad thing.

Thank you for that, I shall give him a shout too. Shepperton is very convenient for me.

Thanks again

Chris

I had Alan repair two of my M series lenses....did a great job for a very reasonable price. Shepperton is close to where I live so even more convenient.

Thanks for the referal.
