Lens Data not recorded

My K5iis doesn't appear to record the lens name in PDCU4 when I'm using my HD DA 55-300 WR. It records it for my DA 18-135 and my DA L 18.55, it even records "A Lens" when using my old A 50mm F1.7.

Have I set something up incorrectly, or is an issue with the lens?

Appears the software lens database isn't up to date.

The last update - 4.4 - was released in November 2012.

Only DA HD lens it would 'know' about is the 560mm.
