Lens "Cleanup"

Re macroconverters. I came across the following website, which also disuses the merits of some of the more exotic M42 lenses on a Pentax DS.

My Vivitar teleconverter allows infinity focus. I'll post a few examples later in the evening of my 80-320 with it, as well as a 50mm 1.4 in macro mode.

Here are a few quick, hand held, low light, non-artistic examples. I think this teleconverter gives quite reasonable results!













Oh yes, the lens was my 50mm 1.4. Is it just me or there is veeeeeery little depth of field in the macro world?

No, it's not you. There is not a lot of DOF when shooting really close up.
