Did anyone watch "The Syndicate" on the box last night? (09/06/2015) Lenny Henry had a K1000 with cable release. At least that's what he said it was. It was an old film 35mm camera and a Pentax.

That's all very well but he also said he was buying a Leica with a Noctilux with his lottery winnings

You're as sad as me Vic - I spotted that and then proceeded to explain to my wife how it was an f 0.95 not an f95

I've heard of an f1 which is extremely rare and pricey but never anything lower/wider than that. Does such a thing exist???????????????????

Canon had a f/0.95 lens for their Canon 7 rangefinder in the late 1950s/early 1960s. The two items as a kit were called the "Canon Dream".

In practice, I have seen very few, if an, images that actually look good with the zero depth of field that we get around f/1.
Best regards, John
