I have used a 3" Sony Ericson phone screen protector that I had spare - perfect fit
No matter how many lenses I have owned - I have always needed just one more

How do the screen protectors affect the viewing of the screen? Better or worse in sun light?

Doesn't seem to make any difference. I have no real problem using the screen in sunlight anyway.
