LCD Screen

Hi.
On my *istDL I placed screen protector intended for Palm Pilots. Some detail is lost because you can't get ALL the bubbles out from between the screen and the film, but I use my PC for detail. I hadn't tried a cutout of cling wrap (saran wrap) because I'm not THAT cheap.
I know there is an accessory available which you have to "install" on your camera. It has a flip-up screen cap that also shields it from daylight for better viewing. It seems like quite the mission to install though, and I'm not sure I want that flipped up cover in the way all the time...

I bought stick on plastic protectors from my local camera shop. Just ask for LCD protectors, they come in various sizes so it's a good idea to know which size you need.
The flip up ones are apparently a real pain to use as you are constantly flipping them up and then back down so you can take the next photo.
