Stunning pic - hows it done then
A few incense sticks left burning and with this one I locked myself in the shed, made sure that there was no drafts around so the smoke would only rise, and then I started running around the table where the incense sticks were placed to create a very crude vortex of air flow. With the remote in my hand kept on releasing the shutter every few seconds and got this one from a batch of ten .

Then I decided to play with colours during PP and this is the result.

Thank you Peter and Gareth,
Gareth, just in case you might think I am joking , truly that was how the shapes got formed. I have used a shuttlecock on top of the incense stick also at times to create shapes as the smoke forms various shapes as they sift through the net forced from the sides on its way up.

Only problem with these smoke images is you end up puffing quite a lot of it if you dont get it right within the first minute or two. There was a time I was so hooked on this and needed a fix almost daily due to the addiction acquired . Ask Dan he will confirm how addictive it is. He used to have his fixes even while on holiday

Oh how I wish I had been there with a video camera

I can now start to understand why the general public seem to think photographers are a bit of a strange lot.

I was a responsible 'user', making sure I did my shots outside where I could breathe!

Surely we've seen this (very nice) shot before?

That's the same one Dan, the coloured version . Couldn't help colouring those sensual hips

Here they are both of them in their full glory
