Kos Town, castle by harbour, boats, Roman ruins and pretty cobbled streets especially at night. The Asklepeion inland is wonderful for itself as the historical earliest of hospices and the panoramic views down to the coast and across to the other islands. Early or late in day for light and less people in the way 
Lots of ferry trips too but expensive.
