We have been having sub-zero temperatures here all week, with lovely hoarfrost on everything. It is surprisingly difficult to photograph well.

Here are a couple of efforts, of the same group of pollarded willows in a polder near me.




Taken yesterday, when it was cold and grey all day, and the next one was taken early(ish) this morning.

I like the sunny one. How about a black and white treatment for the first shot?
