First class Tom. Such colourful little birds. Low Barnes must be not far from me, is it the nature reserve near Whitton-le-Wear?

Yes John, the West hide at Low Barns, afraid it was a bit to wet to be outside.

All taken with the 600mm Lenny.

Excellent set Tom. Fabulous birds. I've seen pics of the Kingy sitting on a round fence post. Is this closer than that, or is it your super monster lens pulling it in?

Quite close Alan, 15 - 20m I think but the lens does help.

You probably have more chance of catching 3 generations of Kingfishers sitting lined up on a branch holding a pike between all of their beaks

My wife's a Cambrian - never forget the first time she took me to see her birthplace. Couldn't see it!!!!!!!!!!!

Stunning set as usual Tom - #2 is the stand out for me

Carl
No matter how many lenses I have owned - I have always needed just one more
