A historically famous spot. Good range of tones but the composition is too cramped for my tastes with the corners of both rocks "cut off".
Does the Diffraction Correction work on RAW files? If it does, it would be a real step forward.

Yeah, I have always thought the composition a little cramped too, so I take your point. But, for some reason it still seems to work in my view. Hmmm...
As for the Diffraction Correction, I solely shoot in RAW and when I process the file I see no diffraction issues and the file sharpens up nicely just like an image shot at F8 or what used to be the limit before diffraction set in.

An interesting feature which I didn't even know exists. It's quite well hidden in the menu system - guess I should have read the manual.

All I can say is that when I sharpen (not over-sharpened in any way), my RAW file, it looks better than the outputted jpeg. There are no mushed/ diffracted details it seems. My jpeg outputs are at default settings.

The image looks very nice to me, I agree with Andrew's comment about the slightly cramped composition, but there's certainly nothing wrong with the quality of the image, as far as is possible to tell from a small image on the forum.
