3 from tonight's trip out with Steve. Quick edits as it's late and wanted to put a few up. These were taken with the K3ii, DA* 16-50mm, tripod, FL-W and ND grad filters.

I can actually feel the tranquillity in these photos Gareth, it has a real presence. Very nice low light photography, rich in colours. My favourite is actually the sunlit one, 'Waiting for the Light', with its powerful side lighting which also brings out the multi-layers of clouds in the sky.

Certainly was rather tranquil although as the light faded a group of youths arrived and were making noises and trying to frighten the birds on the far side to us so glad there were two of us there! When I shot the tree it was barely light! So impressive how much detail the camera can capture when there's just a hint of light left in the sky
