Reason for sale? ha, you guessed it, ended up buying extra kit that now its small for my purposes. I bought a Tamrac Expedition 6x a couple of months ago when I bought the 300mm lens.
This is an exceptional bag and I bought it due to its versatility and I held on to the 3N1-20 for this long even though I had the Expedition 6x, for my occasional outings without the long lens. But now with the 60-250 almost permanently attached to the camera the Kata 3N1-20 is just not suitable, so I am upgrading to a 3N1-30, although I still have the Expedition 6x.
