So until canon releases a model in a nicer shade of blue, with a nicer neckstrap, and longer battery life, they'll hold off on mentioning Pentax's k30....

A cynical view one might think but as you say, the longer they leave it the less likely it is to be comparable to the latest release by another manufacturer. Having said that it was more a question if it just seemed that way because I wouldn't take that much notice of their review anyway.

Skipped through a K-30 review in WH Smiths a couple of days ago. In the write up the reviewer praised its high ISO performance. Then in the summing up pros & cons he marked down its high ISO performance..!!
