K3 -Video to DVD

Can anyone recommend easy to use software (preferably free !!) that will code and burn a DVD that will play on a DVD Player wired to a TV from a K3 MOV video. ?

Windows Live Movie Maker can read K3 video files, allow some basic editing and burn to DVD. Not the most intuitive of editing programs, but it is free.

I use Nero - not a free program, but simplicity in itself to burn a disc. If you firstly drag and drop the .MOV file into Nero Recode, you can convert the .MOV file to any other movie file, such as AVI, MPEG2, MPEG4, WMA, and even MKV (MKV is the standard used in BluRay discs). Once the file is converted to the quality-level you want, simply load the converted file(s)into the "create video disc" section of Nero Express.

I'm no George Lucas but have found Serif MoviePlus X5 to be excellent. Currently available for £20 since X6 took over. link

I find it intuitive to use and very flexible in what it can output.

Thanks everyone for suggestions. I have looked at all you have recommended and found Windows Movie Maker too simple with not many features, Nero not very appealing and too dear. The one which Gravelrash suggested - Serif MoviePlus X5 I liked, tried the free download version short on features after trying it out so I bought the £20 package and am finding it does all I want for now.

I tried Nero ages ago but it was a bit complex. Then I switch to use AppGeeker DVD Creator, it is all in one and simple to use so I've stuck with it. I've tried some other programs but nothing really compares to it IMO.
