Their delivery is fast and their returns policy is very good. I have never needed to use their warranty service.

Wonder if it is new. Below it says, "Photos taken with this Camera." (They have history!)

They are well established and sell new. The photos below the item on their site are contributed by customers who own the same equipment and use there social media. Same as customer contributed images and reviews on amazon, they are not based on the actual serial number item you will receive.

Also worth considering that it would be considered a grey import here in the UK with all that entails should it go wrong.

For all your info, I have worked on contracts with Digitalrev in the past, even meeting up with the great and powerful Kai,and have nothing but respect and upmost praise for the company, from how they treat their staff to the way the company is run.

But I have never bought anything from them, but in my opinion, you shouldn't have to worry to much.

So where would the camera be shipped from if purchased at that price?

Hong Kong. They ship by courier and it is usually cleared through customs (note they pay the import duty etc from their end, so there is no additional tax on top of that price). I think it took around 4 or 5 days last time I used them. I remember it being quicker than I had expected and quicker than an amazon order I placed on the same day.

The K-3 is currently £999 from SRS but you get a free 35mm worth £149 so effectively it's £850. For the sake of £36 I know where I would buy the camera from. Of course if you already have the 35mm then it's a different story but if not then it's a must have lens anyway.

SRS also give you a three year warranty.

That said I've bought from DR before and had great service from them, delivery is very quick and they answer questions promptly.

Do they? That's a new one on me.

I knew it was two years, when did they increase it to three?
