there is a miss price on Amazon's (UK) website. They meant to put K200D, but its down as K20D I tried to order one, and looks like it goes through, but not to sure about Amazon's pricing and description policies... however this might be ok:

1.1 AMAZON WANTS YOU TO HAVE A SAFE BUYING EXPERIENCE. IF THE BUYER OF AN ITEM HAS PROVIDED PAYMENT TO THE SELLER, BUT THE SELLER DID NOT DELIVER THE ITEM, OR, IF THE BUYER RECEIVED THE ITEM, BUT IT WAS MATERIALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE SELLER'S DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM, AMAZON WILL PAY THE BUYER THE FINAL CLOSING PRICE OF THE ITEM UP TO £150 OR UP TO £2,000 IF THE BUYER USED THE AMAZON PAYMENTS SERVICE TO PAY THE SELLER, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE AMAZON A-Z GUARANTEE: (1) THE BUYER MUST WAIT 30 DAYS, BUT NOT LONGER THAN 90 DAYS, AFTER THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN OFFER IN A FIXED PRICE SALE AT MARKETPLACE OR ZSHOPS OR AFTER THE CLOSE OF AN AUCTION TO REQUEST PAYMENT FROM AMAZON UNDER THE AMAZON A-Z GUARANTEE AND SUBMIT THE GUARANTEE SUBMISSION FORM;

If any one fancies a try, let us know the outcome!!

If its this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pentax-50-200mm-Performance-Integrated-Reduction/dp/B001...=pd_bbs_sr_4?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1206890239&sr=8-4 then I wouldn't touch it. If it had been Amazon themselves I may have taken a punt but not as its a market seller.

Seems to be a German company and they have good feedback. Worth a try. You won't get a two year guarantee on it though - only the one year international one.

That's the right camera. 706 pounds is far too much for a K200D.

Here's the K200D page:

...yes, although the image shows the K200D, the description says K20D, including two lenses. If the order is accepted as a K20D, it would be quite a bargain!

Gwyn, did you go for it?! It say only one left now, even though there were two only a an hour ago... huh

Not guilty! tempted but I didn't go for it - Amazon UK don't accept orders from abroad for anything other than books, even for sellers.
I'd have to go to Amazon De. May see if they have it there some time.

Edit: just had a look at Amazon Germany and they have the K20D at more than I can get it for in NL.

I used Avides Media AG through Amazon when I got the grip for my K10D, they were fine and cheaper than anywhere else I could find at the time (about £100 when they were £125 at least elsewhere).

K-3, a macro lens and a DA*300mm...

Will be interesting to see what turns up .. and who pays the return postage.
From what I can gather once payment is taken the company is required by law to supply the goods at the advertised price but I would have thought the fact they have pics of the K200 on the advert makes it a very grey area.

If you go to buy, it does list it as a K200D.

No it doesn't. Are you clicking on the right link?

Yeah it did, clicked on the link which said 2 or more available (used & new) from £706, there were two listings, the detail in there specifically stated K200.

The German company is no longer listing there, only Amazon and that is no bargain.

G
Yes but if they are selling the K20D roughly £100 over usual prices then the K200D with two kit lenses for 200 more than with the standard is not far too much to them.
