K20D ISO Auto

I shoot with a K20D set to Av mode. I've set the e-dial to adjust ISO. But, when I turn the camera on it defaults to Auto ISO and I have to reset the ISO using the wheel. If I use the FN button and set it to ISO 100 it stays there until I reset it.

I've read the manual and gone crazy fiddling with the camera.

Any suggestion for manual ISO as the default?

1. Switch camera on
2. Press the Fn key
3. Press Right arrow to access ISO settings
4. Press Down arrow to exit AUTO and select your preferred ISO

Under Rec. Mode/Memory you can mark Sensitivity, meaning that the camera will remember your ISO selection.

Hope this helps.
Best regards

Thank you. It was that last step with the memory/sensitivity that I was missing. Much appreciated Terje-l.

As an old guy, it still amazes me that a guy in Oaxaca, Mexico, could get help from someone in Norway so promptly. Amazing.
