K20D Auto Focus Speed

So people say that Pentax's lack autofocusing speed. Well maybe you are right but I took this today with my K20D with my Sigma 135-400mm 1:4.5-5.6 APO DG. I would like to offer a challenge to you all to see who can take a better picture - I am sure one of you will be able to

Come on Scott you are the birdman you must be able to improve on this

For one I don't think the autofocus feed is all that bad

I took this in pretty overcast conditions in wales with the k20d + 150-500 set up

That's a nice shot. I really like the wing detail. They are not easy are they? But satisfying when you get a nice one. Well done.
