I presume you mean the 16-50mm, otherwise this forum will soon be full of very excited people!
There sis a manual "SMC Pentax-DA Interchangeable Lens Operating Manual" that is included with some of the lenses. The version I have here is published by Hoya Corporation and is publication # H17-200806. It covers all the current lenses with specific comments on individual ones as necessary.
It's the only copy I've got, but I can make a copy of it if you would like one.

Also, is there an instruction book available for the 16-80mm 2.8 DA* lens.
