K200D for sale with grip and 18-55 lens

I have a boxed K200D for sale which comes with instruction manual, CD software, cables etc. I have the grip for the K200D which is also boxed. Both are in excellent condition. The Samsung 18-55 lens comes with a hood, front & rear caps but no box I'm afraid. I should point out that a section of the K200D's box has been cut out (I assume the original owner used it for a cash back offer).
