K20 Sale Options

Personally I would sell the K20D with its original screen as one item and the Katzeye screen and grip separately. I would expect to get a better return that way.
However, unless I had to I would not sell a K20D just now. There are too many on the market as people move on to the K-5 at bargain prices, or even to buy the K30.
There will no doubt come a time when the K20D is a rarity in good condition and then might be better. Perhaps in a few months?

My normal advice would be individually. Bundles never seem to go for as much as the aggregate value of their component items. It's rare to find a buyer who wants exactly the same combination of extras that you did.
The recent price reductions on K-30, K-5 and K-5 II models is having a knock-on effect on used prices of the older models. It's hard to say what they'd fetch on here as they're not selling very quickly, but people are having more luck selling on ebay. If you search there using the 'completed listings' option you should get an idea of what body-only K20s go for compare to those bundled with accessories.
If it helps you decide, I listed there and sold my BG2 grip for £40 quite easily, others have asked and got £50. That's pretty much all they're worth now, I'm afraid.
If you do decide to split, I could very well be interested the Katzeye. Depending on which type it is (and what you'd want for it, of course!)

only against K-5ii and K-5iiS - there's £190 price difference between the old and new versions...
offered a 'reasonable' price for my K20D/grip combo vs K-5ii
