K100D Super focus screen

I was told it was possible to change the focus screen on the K100D Super so I bought one on eBay and followed the instructions to remove the default one and can't get the spring clip to move.

Have I been misled or alternatively is there a special method of doing it (different from doing it on the K10D for which the instructions were primarily)
