Yes.
You choose RAW as the main mode of capture. Then, pressing the "RAW" button will temporarily enable RAW+JPG, but never JPG only.

Is it possible / likely to upset the camera setting in RAW mode by inadvertently pressing the green button or 'RAW button'...... Is it possible to make RAW capture mode securely set?....ie., inadvertent JPEG capture be made impossible?
