K10 Compatible Flash Guns

Hello,

I hope you all had a good Christmas and Boxing day.

I am looking for a reasonably priced Flash Gun that is compatible with the K10D. I currently have the Pentax AF-360FGZ flash gun, but i am now looking for a flash gun with both bounce and Swivel action.

My budget is £200 MAX.

I have seen the following advertised on-line and wondered if members of this site could advise me or pro/cons of their experience with the following flash guns.

Sigma EF160
Metz 44
Metz 50

I don't use flash often, just once or twice a year, so getting an all singing all dancing flash would probably be a waste of time.

I cant comment on the Metz 50 but do have its predecessor the Metz 48 AF1 and have had no trouble with it at all. Its a well built, sturdy flashgun, easy to use with plenty of options and all that you require (and more) and can be firmware upgraded by using the mini USB port on the side of the flash. The 50 now has a metal foot base making it stronger than the 48 and a few tweaks etc and if it is as good as the 48 then I for one would heartily recommend it. I changed from Pentax to Metz solely due to the build quality, I had two battery covers break on my own Pentax flashguns and think that the Metz flashguns feel very solid when in the hand compared against Pentax or Sigma flashguns, my personal viewpoint I might add.
