I am selling on behalf of my friend Pentax K-m with
DA-L 18-55 kit lens
The body is in mint condition, only about 80 photos taken. He is selling it because he found it too small for his chubby hands
The price: £320 plus postage, preferably pick-up from Dundee, Scotland

May consider to trade the body for a new or like new K200D

Thanks for looking.

You might have to ask your friend if he would like to split this kit up, a lot of members have the lens but would like the camera.

The K-M new is £299 and the lens £69 at the moment.

Not many have the DA-L (light) version of the lens. The main advantage of the K-m is the low weight. The lens is part of that lightweight package, so I think it makes sense to sell the two together.

He found it too small to hold comfortably. He had K100D previously but when it broke, he got a K-m from insurance company.

If you can't find a good price for the camera / lens privately, it might be worth taking a look at London Camera exchange link. They seem to have branches all over the place. If your friend still wants a pentax, you could try part-exchanging the K-m body for a K200 or a K20. The lens will still fit both.

Branches in Worcester and Leamington Spa - both easily accessible by car or public transport from the West Midlands

And you will also find the price that they want to give you in partex is not very good to say the least.
Also SRS will only give you peanuts for it and that goes for all of the (partex) dealers.
